Moving preparation checklist

-Ensure that all boxes are properly packed and ready for movers to move, unless using our packing services.

-Ensure that antiques are properly stabilized. Our movers take extra care to ensure that your items are handled with care.

-If doing a full move, make sure that all items being moved are listed on supplied inventory sheets.

-Ensure high value item sheets are filled out and fax back to moving supervisor or coordinator.

-Movers shall arrive within scheduled moving services time window. If there are any issues in which arise beforehand, please contact the emergency number given by your moving coordinator.

-All moves insured by us. Also, there are provisions in your homeowners policy which cover unique situations or exclusions. Check your individual homeowner's policy or insurance agent.

-Rates stated by move coordinator for services may not include necessary state, federal, or local taxes depending on your move location and destination. Check with coordinator to see if any taxes are applicable.

-We accept all major credit cards.
